Spirit Moves stores your sign-in email and account details to provide your account. Your full name, email, private settings, Reflection journal entries, and privately saved visit dates are not shown to other members.

Your public name, profile photo, and optional bio can be seen by others. Public questions, answers, comments, prayer requests, testimonies, and articles can also be read by others. Anonymous publication hides your public name, but authorized reviewers retain account ownership internally. Please leave out private details about other people.

Game leaderboards are public. They can show your player identifier, public name, profile photo, monthly XP and rank, and the previous month’s winner. Your selected avatar frame can also be visible beside public content and may reflect game progress.

Writing drafts may be saved on this device before you submit them. Signing out does not erase these account-scoped drafts. Use the draft controls to remove them, especially on a shared device. Browser or device storage can be cleared outside Spirit Moves and is not a backup.

We use Supabase for sign-in, account data, and uploaded profile photos. If you use Google sign-in, Google also handles that sign-in. Optional phone reminders use your device notification permissions. Saved visit dates are optional and can be cleared in settings.

Reports and editorial review records are available to authorized staff. Member submissions may need review before publication. Helpful votes and reactions are stored with your account, and public totals may be displayed.

You can request account deletion in Account settings or through the website deletion page. Deletion removes your account data and owned uploads and removes or replaces your member contributions. Other members’ replies can remain with a removed-contribution placeholder. First-party Spirit Moves teaching remains attributed to Spirit Moves. Copies others have made and device drafts on other devices are outside this deletion flow.
